1.Booking and Payment Policy

- All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card or an advance deposit. Full payment is required upon check-in unless otherwise agreed. For group bookings or extended stays, a deposit may be required at the time of booking..

- Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed bookings are guaranteed at the agreed-upon rate unless changes are made to the reservation.


2. Guest Conduct

- Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner at all times. Any disruptive behavior that affects the comfort and safety of other guests or staff may result in immediate termination of the stay, with no refund provided.

- The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for any damages caused to the property during their stay. This includes damage to the room, furniture, and hotel facilities.

3.Cancellation and No-Show Policy

-Cancellations must be made in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy as outlined during booking. Failure to cancel within the specified time frame or a no-show will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay or the full booking amount, depending on the rate plan chosen.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or modified, and no refunds will be issued.


Liability and Personal Belongings

- The hotel is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe for valuables and to secure their belongings at all times.

- The hotel is not liable for any injury or loss suffered by guests during their stay, except where the hotel is proven to be negligent. Guests are advised to have appropriate travel insurance.
