PearlDew Hotel & Restaurant Refund Policy Overview
1. Cancellation Refund
- Guests who cancel their reservation at least 48 hours before their scheduled check-in time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a one-night charge.
2. No-Show Policy
- Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged for one night, and the remaining reservation will be canceled. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
3. Early Check-Out
- Guests who check out before the scheduled departure date must provide notice at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be based on the remaining nights, minus a one-night fee.
4. Non-Refundable Rates
- Certain promotional rates and special offers may be non-refundable. Guests are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions of these offers before booking.
5. Third-Party Booking Refunds
- If you booked through a third-party platform (e.g., an online travel agency), refund requests must be made directly with the respective platform. Our refund policies still apply, but the processing will be handled by the third party.
5. Refund Process Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after your cancellation request is approved. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.

- No refund for services already issued to the customer.

- Once services have been provided (e.g., accommodation, dining, events), refunds will not be issued. This policy ensures that once you have utilized any of our services, the associated costs are non-refundable.
